What makes a “good” instructor? We all could put it into our own words, but there are certainly some common traits good instructors seem to possess. Safety Buzz instructors demonstrate these traits in their teaching methods. Including the ability to understand and work well with people, a desire to teach, competence in the subject, enthusiasm, motivation, ingenuity, creativity, empathy, and mediation skills. 

As instructors it is their jobs to see that the student succeeds. Safety Buzz does this by going the extra mile that involves more than reading PowerPoint® slides.
Their many learning styles; differing sets of expectations; age, and genders, in instructors ensures learning is never mundane with Safety Buzz.

I have observed students learning core principles enhanced by the positively influence of the instructors, which in turn the students and have a much better time completing the course.

As a instructor myself I can tell you to be successful as a instructor you must have a comprehensive understanding of what you teach, liking what you teach, and enjoy your students challenges and support, yet I can’t count the number of times I have seen others, and even myself, abandon these key elements. Safety Buzz has never abandoned these fundamental in their instruction during any course I have taken.

The office staff and administration listens to the clients needs, cares about there concerns/input, makes every effort to meet the individual needs of each student and client.

As a company involved in the oil and gas industry, Trican Well Service has very strict safety training requirements for our employees. And the training we can always count on is Safety Buzz. Whether it’s training for the whole base such as fire extinguisher training or on an individual basis as with First Aid, they are always willing to help and accommodate our needs as well as our ever-changing schedule. It’s not easy trying to schedule people for courses when we’re just never really sure if they will be here on any given day or if they will be called out to work at 3:00 am.
